“Hi, I’m Lisa Masters, a Sydneysider, and mother of three. I’ve been teaching yoga therapy for 30 years and practicing traditional oriental medicine for 20 years. But I’m not just a yoga therapy teacher, acupuncturist, or practitioner of oriental medicine. What I do is impart knowledge that is thousands of years old by supporting all the different healing therapies and providing my clients with a range of tools that are simple, practical and achievable for Everybody!

Too often we focus on the symptoms and obvious problems with our health, but with my professional experience I am able to identify the root causes of many of these issues. Often we feel great during a class or directly after a treatment, however, I strongly believe that therapy is not just about the class or treatment. Therapy is about understanding your natural balance and then being able to apply the tools I teach you to your daily life. It is important for YOU to take control of your health!

I believe in energy and function and I love to teach, your goals are my passion and I want everyone to understand their own natural balance because ‘only you know you’. Choosing health is empowering and EveryBody deserves to feel good.”

  • Technical & Amazing Value

I was surprised at how much relevant content was in this course. It made me realise just how much I didn’t know about yoga and I’d been doing it for years. The practical elements are excellent and the focus relating the theory across onto actual teaching. A student in progress.

  • I think about yoga differently

A detailed course that showed me a different way to think about yoga. I did this course from overseas and it was easy to login and and the online classes/content & connections were amazing. I can highly recommend.

the harsh truth

the top 4 reasons for failure are…

#1 teaching only a particular number of standard sequences and flows, which leads to repetitive and in-flexible classes.

#2 a lack of individual student attention

#3 a lack of adequate teaching practice on the mat

#4 a lack of overall knowledge of the human body, systems, muscles, functions and influences as they impact the elements of the yoga postures

9 out of 10 yoga courses don’t equip you with the skills and knowledge to….

-confidently start teaching after your course is complete

-teach a variety of students with different abilities

-modify classes for students with specific health concerns

and write your own technically correct classes

grab a tea or coffee and let’s have a chat

✔️ time on the mat extending your personal yogic abilities to give greater depth to your teaching

✔️ a deeper knowledge about yoga and teaching

✔️ better client outcomes so all your clients progress on their own yoga journey and keep returning to do your classes

✔️ the knowledge to be able to progress and regress yoga moves so you can teach a variety of clients with different yoga abilities

✔️ stand out from your competitors and be successful as a teacher and in your yoga business

✔️ a deeper level of yoga skills and understanding of how oriental therapies can benefit and enhance your yoga teachings

✔️ a career in yoga

✔️ to start your own yoga business and make an impact

✔️ the ability to write classes, sequence moves and write mini courses that meet the needs of your clients

✔️ knowledge about health and how to support your clients that goes deeper than a regular yoga teacher training course

✔️ flexibility in teaching a variety of clients with a variety of health needs

✔️ structured class plans and guidelines that are tried and proven to construct your own classes and your own resource folio that you can build on throughout your career

✔️ extensive notes and resources easily accessible and useful for reference
