Our schedule remains fluid and flexible to honor the group’s energy and local weather.
Day 1: July 26: Arrival & Welcome
Arrive: Seamless transfer from Ngurah Rai (Denpasar) International Airport.
Settle In: Check into your sanctuary and enjoy free time to explore the resort grounds.
Connect: A special evening welcome dinner to meet Lisa and your fellow guests.
Day 2-5: The Daily Rhythm
A typical day is designed to balance movement, nourishment, and deep rest.
6:15 am: Sunrise Meditation on the beach.
7:00 am: Coffee and light breakfast.
8:30 am: Morning Yoga/Retreat session.
11:00 am: Chef-prepared brunch.
2:00 pm: Afternoon session (All levels).
3:00 pm: Specialized/Advanced session or workshop.
4:00 pm: Free time (Swim, rest, explore, or indulge in the spa).
6:00 pm: Nutritious dinner at the Beach Club or Health Hub.
During these days, we will also weave in our core inclusions:
Cultural Excursion: Half-day Waterfall & Water Ceremony.
Culinary Arts: Balinese Cooking Class.
Self-Care: Private Yoga Therapy with Lisa and Wellness Coaching sessions.
Day 6: July 31: Choice & Integration
This day is yours to design. Choose the pace that serves you:
Option A: Pure Restoration. Stay at the resort, enjoy the Recovery Centre, or book additional spa and health treatments.
Option B: Cultural Adventure. Join a full-day trip to Ubud to visit the Monkey Forest, local museums, Goa Gajah Temple, and the vibrant Ubud Markets.
NOTE: Activities on this day are at your own cost.
Day 7: August 1: Final Morning & Departures
Morning: A final practice and group goodbye.
Departure: Seamless transfers back to the airport or your next destination.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but because we must pre-pay the resort and our partners, we strictly adhere to the following:
-Deposits: All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
-90+ Days Prior: 100% refund of the balance (excluding deposit).
-60 Days Prior: 50% refund of the balance (excluding deposit).
-40 Days or Less: No refunds available.
Important Note: No refunds or credits are provided for late arrivals, early departures, or missed sessions. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment.Our Commitment: If for any reason we must cancel the retreat, you may choose to:

Important information for our Australian guests
Planning your journey from Australia is straightforward, but there are a few mandatory digital steps to complete before you fly.
1. Visa on Arrival (e-VOA)
Cost: IDR 500,000 (approx. $50 AUD).
How: Apply for an Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) via the Official e-Visa Website at least 48 hours before departure.
Benefit: This allows you to use the Autogates at Bali airport, bypassing the manual immigration queues for a much faster exit.
Note: Your passport must have at least 6 months validity remaining.
2. Bali Tourist Levy
Cost: IDR 150,000 (approx. $15 AUD).
How: This is a mandatory provincial tax for all international tourists. It is best paid in advance via the Love Bali website.
Step: You will receive a QR code via email. Save this to your phone, as it will be scanned upon arrival at the airport.
3. All Indonesia Arrival Card (Digital Declaration)
Requirement: Indonesia now uses a single digital form that combines your Customs Declaration and Health Pass.
Timing: This must be completed within 3 days (72 hours) of your arrival.
Step: Once submitted online, you will receive a QR code. Take a screenshot of this to show officials as you exit the airport.

Meet Lisa Masters
The founder of Masters Meridian Yoga and the creator and principal teacher of this course. Lisa began her training in 1988 with Andrzej Gospodarczyk and is a Senior Registered Teacher with Yoga Australia and the International Yoga Therapists Association (IYTA). She holds a Bachelor of Health Science(TCM), a Bachelor of Education and a graduate diploma in Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies (HLT52215). She has been teaching Shiatsu since 1996. In 1998, Lisa opened her first yoga studio, The Yoga House, and then opened The College of Therapy Yoga and Zen Shiatsu in Gladesville, where she witnessed firsthand the transformative benefits of both yoga and Shiatsu for her clients. With over 40 years of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Lisa continues to support clients through her clinic practice. She is also a registered member of the Shiatsu Therapy Association of Australia (STAA).
