Notes
Yoga Safety: at any time during the retreat yoga classes, if you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day. I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education, and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly.. Health: If you have any specific health concerns, injuries, are post-surgery, pregnant, pre or post-natal please let me know so I can include specific sequences for you, alternatively, you can book a private yoga therapy session with us. The Retreat Program has been designed to maximize the change and benefits so that you get the most from this weekend. It is recommended that you follow the entire program and attend all sessions; Food allergies: please inform us as soon as possible if you have any special dietary needs so that we can prepare the appropriate meals; Arrival times: please don't arrive earlier than 3pm as it may be difficult to access the venue and we will be busy setting things up for you.
